Pinkcloverclub.com are running a free prize draw to win dinner at the exclusive private members club 40|30 (at the top of the Gherkin) and one night’s stay at a London hotel. Everyone who signs onto the site between now and the closing date will be entered into the draw. The terms and conditions for the competition are as follows:

Terms and Conditions

1. The free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
2. To qualify for entry into the draw, you must sign-up to www.pinkcloverclub.com online before the closing date.
3. Closing date midnight 14 February 2010.
4. The prize is dinner for 2 at 40|30 restaurant, 30 St Mary’s Axe, London to the value of £150 and one night’s accommodation at a London hotel as selected by the promoters. Any additional expenditure at the restaurant and hotel over and above the restaurant value will be bourne by the winner. The promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with a similar prize of equal value. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is not transferable. The prize must be booked within one month of claim, subject to availability of the restaurant and hotel.
5. Participants must have a valid email address to participate.
6. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules‚ incomplete or altered will be disqualified
7. The entry instructions form part of these rules.
8. It is a condition of entry that the winner’s name will be used for promotional purposes. This will only be in summary e.g. Ms. A. Person, London.
9. Employees or family members of employees of the promoter, pinkcloverclub.com and their agents, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the prize draw or their direct family members‚ are not eligible for entry into the competition.
10. No interest is payable should the prize remain unclaimed.
11. The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.
12. The winner will be chosen at random from all proper entries received by the closing date by an independent adjudicator whose decision shall be final.
13. The winner will be notified by email by 28 days of the closing date.

15. The decision of the promoter is final.
16. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the promoter to contact the winner then they will be entitled to dispose of the prize as they think fit without any liability to the winner for having done so. A period of one month will be allowed after notification to the supplied contact details.
